Elite Golf Studios, Inc. ("Elite Golf Studios," "we," "us," or "our") operates a 24/7 indoor golf simulator facility at 25 Wight Avenue, Suite M, Cockeysville, Maryland, and the website egs247.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our advertising lead forms and website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you respond to one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram and submit a lead form, Meta passes the following information to us:

Your name
Your email address
Your phone number
Your ZIP code, and any answers to other questions included on the specific form

We may also receive limited technical information from Meta about the ad you responded to, and, if you visit egs247.com, standard information your browser sends such as your general location and the pages you view.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

Respond to your inquiry and follow up about our facility, memberships, pricing, and promotions;
Contact you by email, phone call, or text message about Elite Golf Studios;
Send marketing and promotional communications you have expressed interest in receiving;

Email: Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time.

Access or deletion: Email us using the contact details below to ask what information we hold about you or to request that we delete it.

Data retention
