THE CLUBHOUSE

Come early. Stay after.

A putting green at the door, couches, sports on the screens, and coffee that costs you nothing. Private when you want it, people around when you don’t.

Interior of a golf studio with a green wall displaying the 'Elite Golf Studios' logo. There are brown sofas with small round tables, a vending machine with snacks, a coffee machine, and a wooden cabinet with storage above. The floor has wood flooring and a green mat.

THE PUTTING GREEN

The first thing you do here is roll a few.

A putting green sits just inside the entrance, open to anyone who books, member or not. Warm up before your hour. Settle a bet after it. It is the part of the game most people never practice and the easiest one to fix.

THE LOUNGE

Somewhere to be when you are not hitting.

Chairs and a couch, several screens with whatever game is on, and a coffee and cold water bar on the house. Bring your own beer or wine if you like. There is a vending machine for everything else.

Coffee and water, free

No food service and no bar staff, which is exactly why the coffee is on us. Bring your own bottle if you want something stronger.

Something on the screens

Sports on a few monitors, plus club announcements and the current leaderboard running alongside them.

Something to play for

Closest to the pin runs week to week, and the club championship starts the first year we are open.

WHY IT MATTERS

A private room is not the same as an empty building.

The privacy is the point when you are working on something. But a place you only ever visit alone is a facility, not a club. The lounge is what makes the difference between a booking and a membership, and it is why the door is open to your guests at no charge, every time.

Guests

Guests are always free, on every membership. Bring a foursome, bring a colleague, bring someone who has never swung a club. Nobody counts heads at the door because there is nobody at the door.

Sixty-four seats. Then the rates go up.

Founding rates close at the sixty-fourth member or 30 November 2026, whichever comes first.
