Founding memberships start at $119 a month, and that rate is yours through November 2028. After the sixty-fourth seat, every rate rises fifteen percent. Dues begin December 1st 2026, the day the doors open.
The $49 reserve is credited to your first month. You are not charged dues until December, and you pick your membership level at the November preview, not today.
